Together, we’ll head into a beautiful local woodland, where they’ll be dressed in a hand-crafted fairytale outfit made just for them. I'll guide them to the forest's most magical hidden corners, using interactive, story-based prompts that let their imagination run wild. Whether they’re hunting for secret fairy doors, casting spells with a magic wand, or bravely dipping their toes into a running stream, it’s an enchanting experience where your child gets to live out their favorite storybooks in a world with no boundaries.

Designed for children aged 4 and over, this enchanting experience includes up to two hours of unhurried time to explore, play, and pose at a beautiful scenic outdoor location. Your investment includes 15 high-resolution digital images, meticulously hand-edited to bring the magic to life. These will be delivered in a private online viewing gallery, giving you the complete flexibility to select your absolute favourites, with the option to seamlessly upgrade to larger digital collections or heirloom-quality professional prints.

STEP 02
Secure Your Due Date
To officially secure your session a £50 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance is then due at least 3 days prior to your shoot. After booking, I’ll send over a short questionnaire so I can learn all about your children before the big day. I’ll also send a friendly reminder as your session gets closer, ensuring everything is seamless and stress-free.

Enjoy Your Shoot
It’s shoot day! Today, the forest becomes our kingdom as we spend our time playing, exploring, and chasing fairytales. It's all about your little adventurer having fun in a world with no boundaries, while I capture those magical moments and turn them into art.
STEP 04
The Gallery Reveal
Within 1-2 weeks of your shoot, your private online viewing gallery will be delivered to your inbox. You will have 14 days to look through your beautiful memories, select the images included in your package, or purchase additional digital files and stunning prints.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do fairytale photoshoots take place?
My fairytale shoots take place outdoors in carefully selected natural locations that offer a bit of real world magic. I primarily shoot at woodlands across the West Midlands, and travel within a 20-mile radius of my base is fully included. If you have a specific, magical location in mind that sits outside of this area, I am more than happy to travel further for a small additional travel fee. Wherever the location, we will work together to find the perfect storybook backdrop for your session.
How long does a session last?
Each shoot lasts around 1–2 hours. This gives us the perfect amount of time to let the magic unfold naturally
Do you pose my child during the session?
Not in a strict or rigid way! I prefer to let the magic happen naturally. Instead of forcing stiff poses or asking them to "say cheese," I use playful guidance and story-led prompts to capture their imagination. I might ask them to look for hidden fairy doorways, wish on a dandelion, or hold a magical lantern. This keeps their imagination active, and allows me to capture those beautiful, candid, wide-eyed expressions while they are completely lost in the moment.
What if my children don’t cooperate?
That’s completely okay! Children are meant to move, play, and be themselves. Some of the most beautiful images come from the in-between moments, rather than posed ones. I will always adapt to your child's mood or personality, whether I am matching their fast paced energy or taking a calmer and more gentle approach. With plenty of experience working with children, I’m confident in creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone. If things really don’t go to plan, I’m always happy to offer a reschedule, although this very rarely happens.
What if the weather is bad on the day?
Ah yes, good old British weather. Something we all love to talk about (and definitely love to complain about). If the conditions aren’t suitable for an outdoor shoot, we can simply reschedule. I always monitor the forecast closely, and will keep you updated if any changes are needed.
Do you retouch the images?
Yes! Every image is hand-edited in my signature fairytale style, as this is where the real magic happens.
When will I receive my photos?
Your private online gallery will be delivered within 1–2 weeks. You’ll then be able to view your beautifully edited images, and select your favourites.
What if I fall in love with more images than my package includes?
Don't worry, most people do! Once you’ve seen your gallery, you’ll have the option to upgrade or purchase additional images if you’d like more.
