Fill out my quick booking form, and I will be in touch promptly to chat through dates, details, and answer any questions you may have. To officially secure your session on my calendar, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is then due at least 3 days prior to your shoot.
 
 
 
2.The Stress-Free Prep
Once you are booked, the fun planning begins! I will send over a questionnaire to get to know your family, along with my helpful styling and preparation guides. As your session approaches, I’ll also send a friendly reminder so you feel completely prepared and stress-free.
 
 
3.Enjoy your shoot
It’s shoot day! We will spend our time laughing, exploring, and playing. There is no rigid, awkward posing here, just you enjoying your time while I capture the genuine connection and transform your moments into art.
 
 
4.The gallery Reveal
Within 1-2 weeks of your shoot, your private online viewing gallery will be delivered to your inbox. You will have 14 days to look through your beautiful memories, select the images included in your package, or purchase additional digital files and stunning prints.
Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel expenses are included in the cost of your package within a 20 mile radius of where I am based in South Birmingham. This covers areas in the West Midlands including Birmingham, Solihull, Alcestor, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Kenilworth, Henley-In-Arden, Stourbridge, Wednesbury, Walsall, and Sutton Coldfield. I’m happy to travel beyond these areas, however journeys outside this range are charged at 60p per mile.
What Should I Wear?
Don’t worry, you won’t have to figure this out alone! Once your session is booked, I will send you a comprehensive styling guide filled with tips and inspiration to help you coordinate your family's outfits effortlessly. We will plan all of this together beforehand to make sure everyone feels comfortable, confident, and entirely true to themselves!
What happens if it rains or someone gets sick?
 
 
Life happens, and the British weather can be unpredictable! If anyone in your family falls ill, or if poor weather is forecast for an outdoor shoot, your session can absolutely be rescheduled. All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible so we can find a new date that works.
 
 
 
What if none of your packages quite fit what I’m looking for?
 
If your requirements don’t perfectly fit into my standard packages, please feel free to get in touch. I would be more than happy to chat through your ideas and create a bespoke package tailored just for you.
Can I order prints?
Yes, absolutely. You’ll be able to order professional quality prints directly from your gallery once it’s ready.
I offer a range of options, from smaller prints to larger statement pieces, all produced through a professional lab to ensure the best colour and longevity. It’s a really easy process, and everything is delivered straight to your door.
If you’d ever like help choosing sizes or creating something for your space, I’m always happy to guide you.
Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured. This includes both public liability and professional indemnity insurance, so you can feel confident that you and your family are covered during your session.
If you ever need any details or confirmation for peace of mind, just let me know , I’m always happy to provide it.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, I do offer gift vouchers. They’re a really lovely option if you want to gift a photography experience, and they can be used for any session and image collection. You can choose the value, and the voucher can be sent digitally or as a printable version if you’d prefer something to give as a physical gift. They’re also flexible, so the recipient can use them towards a session at a time that suits them. If you’d like, I can also personalise it with a message to make it feel a bit more special.
Do you offer payment plans?
Once you’re ready to book, I’ll send over your booking details along with an invoice. You’ll pay your booking deposit upfront to secure your date, and then the remaining balance can be split into smaller instalments.
These instalments are scheduled and paid online, so you can keep track of everything easily. You’ll receive reminders before each payment is due, and everything is clearly laid out so there are no surprises.
Your final balance just needs to be paid before your session, and then everything continues as normal with your gallery delivery.
Do you share our images for promotion?
I may share a small selection of images from your session for portfolio, website, and social media purposes, as this is how I show my work and attract new clients. However, I completely understand that every family is different when it comes to privacy. I will always ask for your permission before sharing any images, and you’re absolutely welcome to say no. There’s no pressure at all, and your comfort and trust are really important to me. Your images will always be handled with care and respect.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Your final images are usually ready within 1-2 weeks after your session. For full gallery purchases, your images will be given priority and delivered within 5 days of your photoshoot. Every image is carefully hand-edited, and I take the time to make sure everything looks just right before your gallery is delivered.
As soon as your gallery is ready, you’ll receive an email with your private link so you can view and choose your favourites straight away.
